Labor Day and the well

So we planned to have a weekend at Twin Lakes, you know, to get the whole family together. My brother in law decided this would be a good time to get started on repairing the well. Here is how it looks so far!

The hard work was done by Ed, Bud and my dad. They started the project, and had the dubious task of making the first layer level, figuring out the best process etc. By the time I stepped in, (the fifth course) it went pretty quick.
